I got the offer just like everyone else who has reported here. BUT, before I sent in my $39 I did a search on GOOGLE and found this site. Read the reports and you'll be happy to know, because of them, I wasn't scammed. But I did want to warn others in my home state of Massachusetts about these mailings. Thanks to everyone else who posted for warning me - I hope I can help just one person too.
