I was called by this company. After due deliberation, I provided my checking account number. The girl was very nice. Supposedly I was going to get all the information in a blue envelope with the numbers to call and cancel before deduction from my account. Received the blue envelope, only info was regarding cruises. Called the 888# to decline. I was told that I was taken off the billing, but that one service had been billed to me already.
They billed me for $149 which put me into overdraft. I was advised that the only way to reverse it was to send a letter with my name, address and amount to be re-imbursed, which I did. I also demanded the NSF fees to be covered as well. I gave them 7 days to replenish my account. Right at the 7th day, my account received the $149 but no NSF fees re-imbursement. Also, they had billed my account another $49.95 labeled Stay In Touch L. I have tried to contact all their 800#s and get busy signals.
Here are all the 800 numbers that I know: 1-888-824-7675,1-877-242-0778,1-888-320-6847. Two have voice messages, but when I try to get to a customer service rep, they suddenly give me a fast busy signal. Live and Learn.
