This company is just a ripoff. They charged us over $10,000 for a distributorship. We are having a very hard time selling these memberships. We finally managed to sell 2 at the end of June. We collected the customers money, and sent the information to their headquarters. An employee of Platinum Plus called us a day later saying they got the information and were sending out the packages.
Yesterday, 3 weeks later our customer calls us telling us they didn't receive anything. Now we have to refund customers money. Nobody answers the phone at Platinum Plus nor do they answer their email.
