Ripoff charged double for hooking up 2 phones on same family plan, neglected to tell us that we had to pay double activation ripoff fees

We asked if we had to pay double activation fees or just one. But we were charged double activation fees for a family plan on two phones and roaming minutes despite the fact that we had bot been out of the state of minnesota.
