Debit corporation of america, inc. Total rip-off, fraud, lies and deceit! Don't let them get away with it - let's band together and make these people pay either through the wallet or jail!
I purchased 25 "machines" and cards from Jay Maine who told me he was District Manager for Mass. And Conn. For $65,000.00 on 12/11/03. I recieved a phone call from Bill Judd and purchsed an additional 6 "machines" and cards for an additional $10,200.00 on 12/31/04 and was told, ".. This price will probably never be offered again".
The machines, which were nothing more that T.V.'s and cheap stands, where not delivered to me for months.By the time I got the stuff Debit Corp. Of America, Inc. Had changed the cards they were using. I have two full boxes of the old and new cards that are useless.
For months I spoke with Harvey Wall assuring me everything was alright, that my 'machines' were coming but they were wating for "screens" to be shipped from China. That were being held up due to an additional amount that had to be made because so many people were buying machines aroung the country and they had many back orders.
My outside distributer named Sonja was supposed to come as soon as my inventory was delivered. I spoke to her so many times she gave me her cell phone number. She never came.
I believe this company was a fraud to begin with, they mislead us on the machines, back-up support, outside locators to come and setup the accounts and physically place the machines (if you had 10 machines or more) and I think they continued to sell as they were packing to disapear.
When I bought into this scam Jack Gordan was president.By the time the phone numbers were disconnected Bill Martin was president. What they supplied me with is worthless crap. When I saw the rediculous "Machines" I called Havey Wall to tell him I could of purchased the same T.V.'s at Walmart for a tiny fraction of what they charge me.
I would like to know how MASTERCARD is involved in this or if MASTERCARD even knew its name was being used. I've had my lawyer report Debit Corpt of America, Inc. To the Federal Trade Commission of Massachusetts. Other numbers I've contacted:

I would like to see Cover to Cover or Consumer Reports or some other investigative T.V. Show pick-up this story. I believe what has happened to me has happened to alot of people in this contry. There is power in numbers - let's not take this sitting down!!!
