In 1994 when Penn Foster was under another title I finished senior school in the prior organization. A couple of years ago I registered for many profession programs and didn't follow any more using the reports therefore a couple of years ago after I requested for my transcripts they didnot wish to provide or deliver me-any copies of my log since I didnot complete the reports a couple of years ago. Which should not need something related to after I finished senior school from years back
