In Dec I got a letter stating that wont accept my payment (I had fallen a little behind and sent more than the monthly payment) and they sent the check back with the letter. I tried for 30 days making a total of 30 calls and was even told by one that she didnt have time for me. That is hen I contacted a lawyer.
I still get mail from them saying that they have a program to resolve my loan and keep my house. I have sent them the information back in Feburary and they did nothing.
I recently had my house forclosed on by HomeComings after trying for 2 yrs to work something out with them I even had a lawyer who assured me that I wouldnt loose my house.
They need to be hung out to dry and closed down. They have ruined way too many families.
