Kaplan Ripped me off and now is on my credit! Internet

I called Kaplan because I wanted to learn about option to start school. I was about six months to my due date and was not sure if I should start with them or wait until after my daughter was born. At this point it the advisor told me to start and he could give me a 30 day medical leave. I went and head and started my college. I had redo paperwork 12 times for Working by fax. I was on the Dean's list because I was a great student for them. I have any conversations with advisor via e-mail and I have them now.

30 days before my due date I informed them that I will be taking medical leave within the next two weeks. He said I had two days to the end of my class and finish out the class and he would be a medical. After my child I called Kaplan to start my classes back advisor he told me my account or were delinquent. He informed you that I cannot start college back. I asked why he stated that there were paperwork issues. He's getting a hold of me with in the next two weeks. I did
receive an e-mail from him a week later stating that I did not ANYTHING BUT I CANNOT RETURN BACK TO SCHOOL. I was really mad but I figured since I didn't own anything I could to start somewhere else.

I went on to another University have been with them for over a year now. I received a phone call from a collection
agency tonight he stated that he was trying to get over $8000 from the four classes that I took with Kaplan. I explained the situation and I shocked when told me it was nothing that we haven't heard before. He told me to call Kaplan and
he was note the account. I called Kaplan right away and they told me that they never advisor by the e-mail and phone
number that I have. They also informed me of my balance that was due today.

I am really upset because I have more than one e-mail and phone numbers for advisor and financial counselors from Kaplan that I worked with. At this point I do not know what to do and would advise no one to go to Kaplan.

Some of the many emails:
