"" is a ripoff! They took my money, but never sent the book

On March 3,3004, I sent a money order to PVI Publishing Today I can for the amount of $19.95 for their book containing grant information. I understood that this information could be sent by snail mail or e-mail. To this day, I have not received anything from the company. How can I be reimbursed or get the product I paid for?
