BASIS Schools directed to appear in US District Court to answer civil rights charges

Basis inc. (dba as BASIS Schools) in Tucson, AZ, has been directed by US District Court in Tucson
to answer charges of civil rights violations.

Documents detailing the charges are in the public domain and can be accessed via PACER, the
Federal Court system's online public access.

Would advise any parent or potential employee of BASIS to read the documents before sending
your children or applying for a job at BASIS. While there are many excellent and dedicated
teachers at BASIS, the senior management tends to manifest third-world attitudes towards
individual rights.
