Mr Watkins claims that he is trying to collect on a returned check that is more than a year old. He calls at work, tells employees, threatens with jail, but never sends any paperwork regarding issue.
He tells dates to meet and then lies about them. For example: "If I don't hear from you by monday, I am going to turn you over to the local authorities!"
On monday when you call, he says that he already submitted the paperwork. Then he says he can still stop the process once a payment is made. Then when a payment arrangement is made, he tells you it is not good enough and that he is signing an afadavit and sending to the District Attorney. He says he wants to have an answer by Friday and its Wednesday, and later that afternoon an associate from his office calls and says that they expect payment tonight. What happened to Friday? Mr. Watkins is a reputable man, and he didn't say that.
He threatens to call your commanding officer, or your boss if you have a civilian job too.
