HB Plant High School, Plant High School, Tampa Florida Guidance staff will not forward letter to student from out-of-state father. Bad high school, bad counseling staff

As an out of state father of one of this high school's students, I have sent both the principal and the appropriate guidance counselor two letters. The high school is in Florida. The letters are from the state of Arizona.

In the scanned attachment you can see the defiling and irresponsible nature of this particular counselor, who refused to forward what was a love letter with proposal to a 16-year-old student who has never met her biological father, and that student's mother.
