Ripoff they won't cancel my account and they took my money

I called them to cancel my account only to find myself dealing with a very rude customer service person (I was never told the name as she refused to give me her name) asking all sorts of questions that I found unnecessary such as asking for my social security number, date of birth, names of my parents and their social security numbers.

On top of that the person said that since I wouldn't give the information that the only way the account will be cancelled is if I fax it over to them and I had to sign the paper saying that I verify this information to be correct.

I wish that I would have checked with the BBB about this company before I decided to sign up for anything. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and now I'm just waiting for a response.
