We have been in Explorers since last Fall, and appreciate the personalized and caring attention that we have gotten from day 1. They are always open to answering questions and hearing feedback. They also help out our family in many ways that go above and beyond. For example, my daughter has an evening dance class once a week, and Primrose makes sure that she has changed into her dance outfit by the time I pick her up. They hold several family appreciation events throughout the year where they provide food/entertainment/etc and we just show up and have fun. Last month, they even had a homemade, hot meal waiting for parents to take home when we picked up our kids at the end of the day. When I asked what the occasion was, they said just because. We are very pleased with Primrose of Bedford.
