I have been receiving spam e mail from this publication for several months, promoting various courses, recommending colleges, etc. For over 30 days, i have tried no fewer than 15 times to unsubscribe from these unwanted solicitations. I have tried the e mail method of unsubscribing as well as the on-line method.
I called the above number (212-874-8282) at 10:40 EST on a Wednesday and the recording told me that their office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and to call back then, then got disconnected. The fact that I was well within their stated office hours just confirms their incompetence.
