Ripoff Help Themselves To $139 From My Account Unathorized withdrawal WHO are these crooks? It caused me to bounce a check. That's so not o.K. Sasa canada

I had a check that bounced. That couldn't be. That's what I thought. But it seems that interbill/pharmacy cards had helped themselves to my money. I don't know who they are or how that got my information. It's not right. Where is my money?
