Laramie County Community College of Cheyenne Wyoming had employees in at least three possibly more than three areas on campus working over 20 hours per week for years on end. Under their policy working over 20 hours per week automatically entitles you to full LCCC benefits. NONE of those employees were ever offered their rightfully earned benefits. Rather than give these employees their rightfully earned benefits to solve the problem the college cut everybodys hours under 20. They honestly believed this was just fine with the employees.
