I purchased the program Your Baby Can Read in April. As of July 1st I feel that my toddler who is 19 months old did not learn what was guaranteed. I called the number provided for customer service and spoke with a representative. I requested a refund and was told I can not return the program and that I was simply stuck with it.
I am filing a claim today on the grounds that I was scammed out of my money and the time my toddler and I put into this program as we are instructed to do so. My toddler because of this false and misleading program is now what I call addicted to the television. So now I am stuck with a fraudulent program that did absolutely nothing for my toddler, out of $200.00 and have a hard time to direct my toddlers attention away from the television. I feel as though I was scammed.
