Ripoff want answer e-mail, give support product does not work 247downloads

I downloaded 247 download, it will not work and i have e-mailed then 4 times and they will not respond, i want my money back for i am not paying for something i can not use, please help me in explaining what i need to do, i have the receipts of payment, thanks
