My complaint is the same as most of the rip offs reported on Reservation Rewards. I had joined Columbia House and clicked on a free offer. Unknowing to me, that made me a customer or RR and Columbia House shared my personal information and credit card number with them.
The first call to RR I was told they would cancel my membership but not refund my money.
The second call got my money back. The problem with filing a rip off report on this company is that it appears most people don't know they are a reservation reward customer until they have already been charged for a service they didn't know they had.
