(California, Ohio, Minnesota, Connecticut, Nebraska, Nevada, Connecticut, among others) for deceptive marketing and business practices.
Needless to say, scrutinize your credit cards for anything with MWI in it. This apparently huge, there is lots and lots on this on the internet.
Search google for "MWI" and there are thousands of complaints.
Contact and complain to the Attorney General of your state and the Attorney General office in Nebraska.
