This company has posted charges to our credit card for several years (starting in 2000). Only recently did we notice the annual renewal charge. We contacted them and they had an old address on file. We haven't lived there for several years.
They acknowledged that the "renewal packages" they had been sending were being returned. However, they continued to charge our account even when the service was not used — not even once.
This is unbelievable. It was apparent whe we called that posting charges for services not used is standard operating procedure for this company. As a result of our protests they have refunded the fees for 2003 and but say they will do no more. We are looking into pursuing further action.
