To any one from Tupper, I need not say more about corruption in our local criminal justice system. However this one might just blow your socks off! The aids ridden scum bag I am refering to must have bigger balls than an elephant. He keeps lists of every woman [or little girl ] he has ever slept with [knowing full well he has had AIDS since 1988]. This piece of s@#$ thinks he is above the system. Not only has he committed crimes against humanity, but also been allowed to commit many other crimes without fear of prosecution.
MR. JACK DELEHANTY, is our county so broke that we can't afford to incarcerate these types of individuals? I realize what it costs to house an inmate with such medical problems, BUT is it right to allow someone to get away with murder and various other crimes for the tax payers of Franklin Co. To save a buck...? Or is this you and your son's personal drug dealer?
