Ripped us off and left us with nothing but their broken promises. Ripoff!

Natinwide Cyber Systems Ripps You Off!

I am writing this letter in hopes of explaining how crooked and slimy nationwide cyber systems is. I first talked to NCS back in May 03. They got me all excited by telling me how much money I could make with one of these internet kiosks (average around $2000 per month with the potential for a lot more. Then they went on and on about how they were about to get some kind of national advertising contract that would pay us something like $900 per month after they got their cut. NCS said we wouldn't have to worry about selling the advertising because this was likely to happen late in 03 or early in 04. Then they told me to call some references who all told me of how much money they were making and about all the new things they were able to buy.

I really believed these references were people on the NCS payroll. When I talked to NCS again they assured me that they would get me a good location and hook up the machine and all I had to do was pay about $30 per month for dsl. It seemed like a great idea at the time so I decided to send them a check for the agreed price of $14995.

The machine showed up at my house on 7-11-03 without any notice. I was a bit shocked because I was under the impression it was to be delivered directly to my location of business. After making several phone calls to NCS about what I was supposed to do with my machine and when was I going to get a location I sensed something was not right. Months had past and I was continuing to make payments to the bank for my kiosk that was sitting in my garage not earning me a dime. Most of the times I called NCS they told me they were working hard on getting me a great location.

When they never called back I called them to see what was taking so long. It appears the locator I was working with was fired and nobody there seemed to anything about a location for me. Finally, in November they got me a terrible location at a hotel. There was no dsl available so I had to have an isdn line installed. This cost me about $500 bucks and $100 per month for the service. The wireless would not work on the machine because of the isdn line. NCS actually had a tech come out and switch the modem and it still would not work. After countless hours of trying to get everything to work I eventually found a modem that would allow the wireless to work with an isdn line. The only problem is NCS would not clear a tech to come and swap it out. They won't even call me back anymore.

The kiosk has made a whopping $14 bucks so far. On 1-12-03 I'm pulling the plug because it is too expensive to keep the isdn line running. Earlier I requested a new location and all they could come up with were a couple of truckstops three or four hours out of minneapolis ony way. Their infomercial said about an hour a week is all it takes. I have spent tons of time trying to get a good location by myself with no luck at all. NCS's locating department is a joke. I gave them some locations to look into they always told me they were working on it. I remember one location he specificly told me that it was already taken. When I checked it out for myself that was not the case.

I really feel this is not the way to conduct business. I feel that I've been ripped off and all of the many people I have talked to that are customers of NCS have very similar depressing experiences. I feel I have been cheated and that I am a victim of a scam. I want my money back.

Sincerely,

John
