I ordered a piece of sheet music from Southern Music Companyon 12/24, and I called back about a month later to check on the status ofit. They told me it would reach me by Friday, as I needed it on Saturday. Itdid not come Friday, so I called them. The receptionist told me the customersupport person that was working with me was on lunch break. They said theywould have him call me back. I called back a hour later, and I got a we areclosed message.
