I have called netzero several times about service I did not receive. I was given two Ref # for disconnect. Yet they still continued to charge my account. I am disabled and live on a limited income. I do not need two IPS companies.
They act as if they are going to take care of everything and then you get your next bank statement and low and behold, there are the charges again. I think I need to get the attorney general involved in this to receive my money back.
