I receive a letter in 2009 stating my child has been recognized for some achievements. I was hesitate at first to order anything but my neighbor said it look legiment so i order the hard back book and a plaque. I have not recieved any of my merchandise so i went to contact the company and the only message you get now on the web site is that they went out of business but they are still try to fulfill all the orders. When you contact the phone number you get people you wont even talk to you they give you the id number not a name but a number then tell you to hold for the person you are trying to contact. How do they know who i am trying to contact. When the other person they try and connect you to does not answer they take a message. It has been over a year and i can't get any results can someone tell me where to go to try and get a refund or to turn these pieces of crap people in
