They claim to have top notch "Analysts" and Statistical Consultatns who will review and complete your work but when you ask them to complete any work involving the skills of someone with better than a fifth grade education they simply shut down and never respond. They don't even know simple concepts in statistics. I spent more than $3,000 and got crap in return. They don't consult with you and they LIE, LIE, LIE. The funny thing is they asked me to send a check for $1,800 because chapter 4 is ready even when I didn't even send them my data!!! When I mentioned that they said "we'll talk to your analyst". I should've stopped then but unfortunately, I was desperate for help and was hoping that they will actually help. Bottom line, do not do business with them. I will be more than happy to be part of a class action lawsuit and expose them to the government and the media. They can't keep stealing and defrauding people who are in desperate need of statistical help and they simply hide behind their site and their "new mailing address" which is a UPS mailbox address even though it has "suite number" in it. They know what they're doing. Avoid them by all means
