Ripoff Said NO But got charged anyway and no web address to confirm, I guess when you say no to these people it means yes to them

I just received my phone bill and saw I was charged for a web site that I did not order. I guess when you say no to these people it means yes to them. I will not pay for this and hope this company gets charged for ripping people off.
