Ripoff! I have been charged for a service I did not use

I was instructed by a "student support" representative on how to log on once I became certified. Completely wrong instructions, I could not access the website to look for jobs. I also asked to cancel the monthly fee for job searches before my 30 day trial period was up. The representative said I was all set.

I checked my bank account and I have been charged for a service I did not use and cancelled on November 24th. I called them twice, was on hold for 20 min. Or more both times. They claim they never received a call from me on the 24th of November, no record of the call. So they decided to charge my bank account.

Beware! I was also unable to find jobs in my STATE on their job search, it came up empty. Great company, NOT! I will never recommend them to anyone, nor say I was certified by such a poor company!
