I purchased a few items from TigerDirect.
They said it was a promotion and would like to send me some information about a trial membership for 15 day period.
To conclude there was a $49.95 charge on my bank statement.
I called to get a refund but wasn't able to get anywhere.
The next proper thing to do was to go to the bank and have them reissue a new credit card.
(I learned of this site and now is when I post this complaint hoping that someone that can will do something)
