Scandal of devilsh individuals

I am a part-time student and am working a part-time job. My family is poor and I'm working and sometimes failing my way through college. I thought this would help my education amd my familys living conditions a bit and got ripped of 38 dollars. I hope the people who did this can sleep well at night knowing what they are doing to peoples dreams.
