At&t wireless
Do not use at&t wireless go plans or any other contract plans. Their billing practices are deceptive and unethical. Am i the only one that thought pre-paid is money that is yours and you have paid cash already for a set amount of service that you were entitled to. I had a $14.00 balance left on my pre-paid account and at&t charged my account for another months pre-paid service-which is fine, but the already $14.00 balance should be applied to the account.
They are keeping thier $14.00 and state that amount has "expired" and i cannot get that back. Am i wrong in understanding the definition of prepaid? Please do not use at&t wireless for your cell phone needs. The wireless local number portability should help you a little change to another carrier if your with at&t now.
