I like the last person who filled out one of these regarding this company was lead into the pitfall that this is a glamorous job. Not having anyone to look over your head constantly, being out in a big city all to yourself trying to sell phone lines?
On this first interview you weren't really told what you are getting into, then when you go out on your second interview, you are walking the streets with most likely two other people. One of the people is a "trainee" and the other being the "trainer". The trainer along with two other people decide if you are hired onto the company, at the end of a LONG day walking the streets of whatever city he/she is assigned to market his/her services.
With that being said, you are given a pitch to learn, and the businesses that your solicit to, specifically have "no soliciting" signs on their doors. How rude can one be? All in the name of earning commission and making money? Yes there is a better way to market to the public, but when they have a sign on that "no soliciting" and you go in and "pitch them" enough times they are going to eventually get tired of you coming around and just take you up on it. One sale my trainer made on my first day at the job, she had been jumping on this guy for about four months. Finally he caved in. The driving from Irvine all the way out to Rialto everyday, the compensation is pennies an hour, the only upswing is the friends you make in the company. It is almost in itself a pryamid scheme cult. Get Rich Quick! You will make 100 thousand dollars in a year and be management and get your own office. The lure of travel to any city and opening up your own business would be anyones dream. Take a look at cydcor.com, they will give you an "idea" of what the company does, but you won't find a cor concepts webpage. All good businesses have webpages, so i have found out. Also good companies don't make "bonding" a requirement. Work is work, and play is play. Get the two mixed up and you end up with bad things.
This experience has opened my insight, scams and businesses like this should be run out and not ever come back.
