Mt wife and I attended a free Robert Allen wealth seminar near San Francisco and we signed up for a $3,000 seminar on how to become wealthy by buying foreclosed properties. They promised to offer training and support services included in the price of the seminar. After this seminar, when we asked for the promised support services, they said we had to pay extra for this and we paid another $9,010 which included telephone support plus $1,995 for another seminar that they told us was to be held shortly in our area as was the first one we attended.
As it turnrd out, the phone support was a series of conversations relating to real estate but provided no real help. On our own, we made several offers on foreclosed properties using their guidelines and instructions but never got an offer accepted.
The $1,995 seminar we prepaid was never offered in our area as they promised and they have refused to refund the money we paid for that seminar.
