Rael Strous is a psychiatrist and medical school administrator at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine American Program.in March Kaplan, Inc sent him a cease and desist letter for violating intellectual property rights, and is currently in the process of preparing a lawsuit against Dr Strous.in October he was removed from his position as Program Director by the faculty of the school of medicine.
