I have no idea why no one will investigate the illegal telephone recording done by the telemarketing scam done by this company. If any law enforcement agency wants to get off their collective ass, they should interrogate Harry Marseille. He was responsible for the taping of the conversations confirming the sales. This was done mostly without the permission from the consumers. He did this upon the advice of Richard Jans, the "attorney" at TCT who routinely taped conversations. (Why isn't anyone investigating these crimes?)
Talk to Jade Gummer who is back in the company because he is too stupid to pass the bar, so he is running the sponsorship program for the Holiday Fashion F*ck 2003. Jade had been fired (fortunately) from Edge Talent before the Dateline story, so he dodged that bullet. He is a law school grad, who can't get a job, presumably because he has not passed the bar. Little does he know that the money he is collecting will put him on the hook when the investigation gets into full swing. I guess he's just grateful for a paycheck.
Cort Randell is responsible for bring most of the corruption into the company, but Lou knew all about it. John Bannon was brought in because he was Cort's corrupt Chief Financial Officer at Federal News Service. Bob Wendling was CEO for just a little while. Cort said that his connections with the government would help keep them off our back. Alec, who was supposed to be a consultant, fired a CEO because he was a sniffling, gutless puppy without a backbone. (Which ironic because that is exactly why Cort hired him.)
Mr. Torelli did only a half-assed investigation of WFTV, (although I see TCT is no longer a part of the 9 Family Connection scam). He got only a portion of the charity scam. Bill Hoffman saw the greater revenue stream from their sales fraud. Richard Jans detailed the scam for Hoffman, that's why he won't comment on the meeting. Charity Cloutier, (no play on the first name) went to WFTV to tie in the sales and ensure the continued play of commercial, which are still running in most markets - and Lou & Greg know it. The SAME people who take your money for Fashion F*ck also raise money for 9 Family Connection, can't anybody do anything honest in Florida?
I know the dirt and will continue to name names. I encourage my other co-workers to write to usacomplaints.com and say what you know. Especially if it will save your a$. I know I don't want to do time just because I need a job.
