Beware!!! Turbojavs break VERY easily. Just this year we ordered 8 new turbojavs and 6 of them have busted in the exact same way! After contacting customer service I recieved a very harsh email from Mr Tom Petranoff doubting my coaching staff and kids. "It must be your fault... I invented this product".
I can live w / crappy products... But at least replace them! On top of it the owner/inventor of the company then asked "do you know who I am?".
Just want to give a heads-up to all those track coaches considering purchasing a turbo jav...
Mr. Petranoff stated that this is the "only product avaiable in its class"... Does this mean that he can create a bogus product AND treat his customers like dogs?
