I have been waiting for my refund of almost $300 since february, I have had the issue escalated twice now, the supervisors never call me when I request, and now when I try calling either customer service at 800-51-4110 or the administrative ph# 800-500-1183 all the message says is that the office is closed, I want my money I deserve to have this taken care of immediately and have yet to have any response from them what so ever as to what is the resolve.
