After months of questions, Scrap in a Snap has still not been honest with their consultants and unforunately, we feel cheated and we may be stuck with the bill.
The company still has not publicly answered any of the following questions?
Are you registered to pay all state taxes in all 50 states?
Are you currently paying all state taxes owed?
Are all past taxes paid in all fifty states?
Are you current on all federal taxes owed?
Are you current on all other taxes owed?
I checked with some states including mine and found they are still not registered in my state. My state told me that I could be held liable because the company isn't paying my state taxes on what I ordered. They are investigating.
If you are a consultant for this company, please put pressure on Ms. Henry to make a public statement, issue a press release, do something instead of continued silence, and blaming someone else. They can not continue to hide any longer. If they can not afford to pay your taxes, they need to get out of this business - they are putting all of us at serious risk and its not right that you are doing this.
