I have been going to this school for almost three years now and expected to graduate in 2010. I have nothing but issues with their Financial aid because they always seem to be confused of who I am or why I am calling. They also seem not to understand their own paperwork that states certain things on my account and then they say what do you mean it states that? They are also six to seven months behind from what the other departments are doing and you would expect them to be up to date with their stuff since they are a big school. They caused nothing but stress for me and my family and it seems they really don't care. When I ask for a manager there is never one available or is able to answer my problems. I just want to get an education and know my FAO (Financial Aid Officer) can do her job without me having to check up on her! Why hasn't the state and federal government been notified of their inconstancies!!!
