My husband and I was thrilled to hear that our daughter had been recognize for her hard work and determination. We jumped at the opportunity to order from Who's Who Registry because we would have something signifying all the hard work she has put out. To our surprise it's been over a year since that order was placed but we had a deadline to meet. I called them back in Sept. Or Oct. And was told that orders were delayed and it would be ready for shipment at the beginning of the year. Here it is the end of May and I called again, this time to my surprise the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service. Also when I checked the web site, all it reads is due to economics they have seized to exist. I know they knew they were in trouble before they took our money. I feel violated and defrauded. Shame on them for acknowledging my daughter just to violate her trust. I have read all the complaints and now I want to know what will be done. This is a serious offense and should be handle accordingly. I do want my money returned to me or what we were promise, plague and a book.
