Royal screwing and Rip Off. The sales guys at this outfit are screwing each other over too, so heaven help us... The poor consumer!

The sales guys at the outfit are screwing each other to get clients that they can deceive. So heaven help us... The poor gulible consumer.

I purchased a ShopN2000 website for the visually impaired in 2001. I paid the $2995.00 and financed the remainder under a promissory note to Oryan Management. I was told that fees collected from advertisement banners displayed by various companies on the site would pay off the note balance in a year.

The second year I signed up again. When I signed up again the note had a clause about receiving $2.00 per click thru. When I called Oryan Management they said that this was a term used to describe the fees paid to my website for the advertisement banners. They also said that this would be applied to my promissory note balance to pay it off, usually in one year, but NEVER more than three years. My refund for this year was $20.00 from the Feds, and $100.00 from the state! Hardly a $3,000.00 refund that NADN touts.

However, after I signed the note I started to receive e-mails on how to build my business. I called Oryan Management and they informed me that the term click thru is for each time someone visits your site and "CLICKS THRU" on one of the advertising banners, your site receives $2.00 that is applied towards your promissory note balance. I since have learned that only 20%, or. 40 cents of this $2.00 is yours.

The point is... I was never told any of this! I work two jobs, go to school full time, (trying to better myself) and have 3 children to support. I did this because I was sold a bill of goods about a legitimate business that would be MANAGED AND OPERATED by Oryan Management! I trusted what these cons said in order to have a little more income to help feed my family. Now they tell me that I have to manage and run this business or else the notes will come due in 8 years, and I'll owe $22,000.00!! Shame on them.

But there is a silver lining... After I signed up the second time, I started to receive calls from various sales reps at NADN, Tax Ready, etc. (Pick a name it'll change in a week.) These guys would say, "Hey I am so and so, and its time to renew for this year." I'd say that I'd already signed up for the year with Joe Blow. Then the calling sales rep would say something like: "Oh yeah, I work with him, in fact I'm his boss and your paperwork didn't go through properly so we need to do this again." I would then hang up and call the rep who I had originally dealt with. He would get really pissed and say that some SOB was trying to steal his client, and commissions.

This scenerio has happened several times, and has become quite amusing and comical. We can only hope that outfits such as NADN, and Oryan Management will implode under the weight of such unscrupulous people who seem to pervade these outfits. After all it is our only hope, because after reading some of these other reports, it is evident that the state of Nevada is not going to do anything to shut down these cons.
