His secretary is defaming my character on Craig's list by posting lies that I am a criminal and that they are calling the FBI to lie that I have been leaving threatening phone calls. And this is all due to the fact that they do not have the professionalism to handle a legitimate complaint such as mine. I am going to talk about a Never Cold Call Program created by Frank J. Rumbauskas that you should not buy because of their deceptive switch and bait marketing tactics that they use to lure you into buying their CD and manual course on how to sell anything and never have to cold call again. A lof of unhappy customers have disputed the questionable charges on their credit card transaction. Just think about it for a minute. If you thought you are buying a product for $47 and are getting a really good deal, how come you end up with a surprise $144 charge on your credit card? That is exactly what happened to me and I do not want anyone else to be a victim of Frank J. Rumbauskas Never Cold Call scam. Don't get me wrong. Frank J. Rumbauskas is one hellavu good deceptive marketer, and I am going to reveal one of very unique deceptive marketing scam that he is using to get skeptical people to buy from him only to be very frustrated and disappointed in the end. I am hoping that you are not going to use those deceptive bait and switch tactics to market your products and services.
This is exactly how his marketing scam works. He offers a Never Cold Calling course that comes in a CD and a manual. He is supposed to charge you $97 at the end of thirty days.in other words, you are getting a good deal on being able to look at his course without risk within thirty days.
So I am thinking to myself, Wow! I am getting a good deal. And if within thirty days I am not happy with it, I can return it for a 100% no-questions-ask refund. Or at least, that is what I thought. But here is the catch that you have to watch out for!!! Please pay careful attention to what I am about to reveal to you because Frank J. Rumbauskas offer is so hypnotizing that it is so hard to refuse. It got me sold on the product. That is how good it is. And if you know me by now, you already know that I am very skeptical person just like most of you.
What is the Frank J. Rumbauskas bait and switch marketing scam? Remember how I said that he is not supposed to charge you $97 dollars until the end of thirty days? But guess what. Before you can finish the transaction, you get bombarded with an incentive that states clearly the following:
If you buy the never cold call course today for $47, i will not charge you the $97 at the end of the 30 days!
Now pay careful attention to this marketing message. If you are telling me that you would not give in to the $47 offer, you are flat out lying to me. Why? Because anyone with a brain would want to save $50 ($97-$47) anyway. I sure fell for it. Other people fell for it too. And guess what? They end up paying the price in terms of a credit card transaction that represents a violation of their terms of service! How dare they charge me $144. And you are wondering how did they justify those charges?
I spoke angrily to Frank's secretary and she told me that the initial $47 charge was for some other course called the Sales Mastery Program that I purchased in addition to the Never Cold Call program. Now that is full of baloney!!! Now can you see why I am not the only customers who disputed those charges?
So $97 plus $47 equals $144. How convenient!!! I told her that she is full of baloney and I told her that I already filed a dispute with my bank to reverse the charges.
Can you believe this is her line of defense for those deceptive and questionable charges? And guess what? She told me over the phone that I am not the only one who disputed those charges. Ha ha!!! Does that sound like a confession of someone who obviously got caught in the act of deceiving customers?
The point I am trying to make here is to be very careful when you arrive at websites like Never Cold Call dot com. The whole purpose of their website is to entice you with a inflated full price offer that you can either pay at the end of thirty days, and then lure you in with a half price offer if you were to pay for it TODAY!!! That is the bait and switch marketing tactic that he is using. And it works!!!
Don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with their marketing tactic. I use it all the time in my affiliate marketing. And it works. But when you use it to mislead customers and charge outrageously more than what they were supposed to pay, that is what I would call a scam.in Frank J. Rumbauskas case, it is what I call a Never Cold Call scam.
The point of this post is to show you how effective this marketing strategy can dramatically increase your sales conversions. Frank J. Rumbauskas have definitely used it to his advantage to increase the sales of his Never Cold Call program, and at the same time, pissed off a lot of customers in the process with his misleading offer that contradicted what was originally offered in the first place.
So please do yourself a favor and stay away from Frank J. Rumbauskas scam of his Never Cold Call Program.
