They spot minorities on tv talking about achievement while sporting garments that resemble gangsters with caps used sideways on the brains and/or resting in a family room on the beat down sofa in a frustrated condition. I've never heard about any university that will instantly pay anybody to get a work just before their receiving educated. Fake advertising.
