My diploma burned in a fire two summers ago and i contacted this company to replace it. He took my money, told me he would send tracking info, and i never heard from him again after paying him

My diploma burned two summers ago in a fire and i contacted this company to replace it. After sending money through moneygram, he received the information and emailed me that he would send me a tracking number when everything was completed. I never heard from him again.
