Ripoff - deception, the business that doesnt give a dam

I called to let them know that the payment would be arriving there a day late this time around (I usually pay more than the required amount). Usually companies will excuse the first time of being late if you at least call them and let them know. The lady I spoke to in customer service told me that "the late fee hadn't been posted yet, to call back at a later date after the fee had been posted and they may be able to to get it taken care of then."

That time came around when I got my next statement with the late fee, so I called back to get it removed as discussed with the lady before.

I got a gentleman this time who said that "Our computer system has opted to charge the late fee, therefore I can't do anything to remove this late fee." Needless to say, I was very unhappy. I had been led on by the lady from the first phone call that something could be done.

He continued to argue and gave no explanation for why he wouldn't remove the charge. I then asked for his supervisor because I felt like I wasn't getting good service.

The supervisor was even more arrogant. When I told her how there was a miscommunication from her employees, she still had no intention of helping me. I then told her I would take my business elsewhere, and report her, she said that "maybe that would best suit you" and that "they were a member of the better business bureau".

This company doesn't exist for their customers, they are out to get your money.
