This company peddles itself as a school, when it is really just a certification mill. They are charging outrageous fees for what is essentially a self-study course. Most of their instructors could not teach children to spit, let alone complex IT concepts. They let you take the practice exams as many times as you want so you can "learn" by rote. It is just an over-priced brain-dump. For around $8,000 they will let you take as many certification exams as you want in a calender year—provided you complete their stupid courses first. The coursework actually slows you down—do not expect to complete all the course you sign up for. The cost of the exam is NOT included in that price, you have to pay for each individual exam separately. CompTIA and Cisco exams run $200-$300 each. And they only have two kiosks to take exams, so you might have to wait a month from the time you complete the course until you can schedule an exam. And the course textbooks are checked out to you—they are not yours to keep even though you are paying for them. Textbooks have to be returned before you can start the next course. And do not expect to complete all work online—if you do not physically log in at the site at least once every two weeks they will turn off your internet access until you come in. Labs and practice exams can only be completed onsite. If you are unlucky enough to find yourself at their facility, be sure and keep some Vaseline handy.
