Ripoff ripoff business from hell

I sent a check for the inkjet refill kit on 07/16/02 in the amount of $18.85, to Deer Creek Products. The check was cashed
but I never received the kit.

I wrote a letter, no reply. I called and was put on hold for 45 minutes, no reply. I found the company on the internet and e-mailed them.

They told me the company had filed chapter 11, and that they hope with the help of Federal Court they would be able to send my refund. As of this date I have not recieved my refund.
