Grant Master Offered Free CD, S&H cost of $1.95 charged unauthorized $69.95 day after recceipt of CD

Grant Masters offered Free CD for the cost of $1.95 shipping. They drafted $1.97 and shipped CD. The day after receiving the CD they drafted my debit card an additional $69.95 that was unauthorized.
I received the CD on 6/1/09 and the additional money was drafted on 6/3/09.
